Headed studs are used to prevent concrete slippage or used as anchors in civil engineering steel and concrete structure construction.
Threaded welded studs are also currently used in fields such as shipbuilding, automotive, electric boiler, and iron ties, and the arc stud weld field of application is especially growing in the future.

Our studs use aluminum killed steel from Sumitomo Metal Industries.

TM truss bolts are used in the ball joints of TM three dimensional trusses (from Taiyo Kogyo) that create inviting column-free spaces.
Made from chrome-molybdenum steel (SCM435) and nickel chrome-molybdenum steel (SNCM439), TM bolts are tuned for high strength using new hot processing equipment.
They are also treated with a special anti-corrosion process to avoid delayed failure.

Drift pin manufacturing requires advanced heat treatment technologies.
Improper management of heat treatment can lead to problems such as loose pins or easily bent pins.
