Track Spikes
Teikoku Seibyo’s long history of manufacturing track spikes parallels the development of railroad networks in Japan.
Track spikes remain popular even today and are used both inside and outside Japan for fastening wood or composite ties and rails.

Rail Screw Spikes

Rail Screw Spikes
Offering improved holding performance for wood or composite ties, screw spikes are widely used and do not easily loosen.
Teikoku Seibyo manufactures screw spikes through a hot rolling method to deliver screw spikes with high precision and high tension thread sections.

Fishplate Bolts and Nuts

Fishplate Bolts and Nuts

Teikoku Seibyo manufactures common steel fishplate bolts and heat treated fishplate bolts.
Two types of heat treated fishplate bolts, “8.5T(8.8)” and “11T(10.9),” are manufactured.
Since 1958, more than 50 million units have been supplied to the JR corporations (formerly Japan National Railway), private and municipal rail operators.
The first in the industry to receive approval to display the JIS logo (certification), they have the highest production volume in the industry thanks to excellent engineering and management systems.

Fastening Bolts / Branch Bolts

Fastening Bolts / Branch Bolts

A hot forging system is used to skillfully manufacture branch bolts as well as a variety of special order bolts and lengths (1,000m to under the head).

P.C. Tie Trapezoidal Thread Bolts

P.C. Tie Trapezoidal Thread Bolts

Concrete tie bolts fasten the rail to the concrete tie via a spring assembly which have been pre-fitted with an embedded plastic plug which serves as the eye thread.
A hot rolling process is used to manufacture the bolt threaded section using a hot For this reason, the fiber material of the steel is maintained without being cut unlike thread cutting processing.

Electrical Corrosion and Corrosion Resistant Resin Coated Bolts

Electrical Corrosion and Corrosion Resistant Resin Coated Bolts

Teikoku Seibyo manufactures a variety of coated bolts that help prevent electrical corrosion in subways and tunnels.
These polycarbonate or nylon-11 coated bolts have excellent ductility, resilience and shock resistance properties, absorb little moisture, and offer extremely high resistance to electrical corrosion.
Recently, epoxy resin coated bolts are also manufactured to deliver anti-loosening performance.
